Erhard, born Columbus, Ohio, November 30, 1950; admitted to bar, 1977, Ohio; also admitted to practice before U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio; U.S. Tax Court.  Preparatory education, Denison University (B.A., 1972); legal education, Capital University (J.D., 1977).  Fraternity:  Order of the Curia.  Granville Exempted Village Board of Education, 1988-95; President, 1992-93.  Granville Township Zoning Commission, 1996-1999; Chairman, 1997-98.  Member:  Licking County and Ohio State (Natural Resources Law Committee, 1979-; Secretary, 1996-98, Chairman 2001-) Bar Associations.
