C. Arthur Morrow, born Newark, Ohio, June 21, 1941; admitted to bar, 1971, Ohio; also admitted to practice before U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio.  Preparatory education, Denison University (B.A., 1966); University of Denver (M.B.A., 1970); legal education, University of Denver (J.D., 1970).  Fraternities: Omicron Delta Kappa; Phi Delta Phi. Ohio Oil and Gas Board of Review, 1972-77; Secretary, 1975-77.  Trustee, Eastern Mineral Law Foundation, 1980-.  Granville Village Council, 1987-91.  Member:  Columbus, Licking County (President, 1982) and Ohio State (Natural Resources Law Committee, 1974-; Chairman, 1978-81) Bar Associations.  Fellow:  The Ohio State Bar Foundation.  (U.S. Army, 1960-63)
